A little hard to find. Kind of off the beaten path. If you miss the small sign good luck knowing you passed it. Staff was very courteous. Allowed me to check in around 11:45 am. Rooms are quaint, efficiently set up. Definitely feels more like a business hotel than it does a family hotel. Pool is nice but nobody was using it. 24/7 coffee as with all Hilton properties. The bathrooms in the room were big, and the showers had great pressure!

This hotel was amazing - from the front desk staff to the rooms. It was clean and smelled good. The showers were designed with females in mind and little steps placed in just the right areas. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided. The breakfast had a great selection and was restocked as needed. The rooms were designed for guests in mind and their needs (outlets and mirrors) placed perfectly. I stayed as a solo female and felt safe. The front desk worker that checked me in at 11:30 pm made me feel safe and welcomed after a bad experience at another hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Just stayed at this hotel with my daughter visiting University of Buffalo and it was fantastic. Rooms were extremely clean and front desk staff was great. Coffee was always available and hot. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. There were also nice spots to work if you needed some privacy. Gym was clean and with newer looking equipment as well. I would especially like to call out Danielle Parker who was working the front desk as being extremely friendly and helpful to all customers she interacted with during my stay as I hung out in the lobby for a time after checkout and got to witness it first hand. Management should take notice. After experiencing the hotel for the first time I will be sure to mark this hotel as my go to hotel for my next visit and my son also plans to attend Buffalo next year so we will be back. Hope this helps any of you decide on a nice hotel. Cheers!

The check-in process was simple and smooth. The front desk attendant was so sweet! The food for breakfast was good, the fitness room was clean with good equipment, and the room was just what we needed for our stay.

Got a great deal through Expedia, desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is great and just large enough to get the kids to burn some energy while not going deeper than 4.5 ft. Thermostat didn't work in the room so maintaining the cool temperature from the fan didn't happen. That's the knock on the star since I was uncomfortable while sleeping. Continental breakfast had a fair spread, eggs and sausage were delicious!

I hopped up off the toilet to write this. I have never given a review from just walking in, checking in, and coming into the room. This is it. After 10 minutes... I am beyond satisfied. This is a 5 star, no flaws, great stay, and he'll yeah room. Modern, splash of color, and "Nanny McPhee" approved CLEAN. Yes, Buffalo, this is a damn great hotel stay. 🏨 The greeting we received upon our entrance into the establishment was my clue that this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in years. Thank God some manager & owner cared enough to CLEAN THE ROOM. Love the amenities. How is this a 2 ⭐️ hotel?

Short stay, good experience, rooms are nice; quiet and comfortable rest. Breakfast is cafeteria style help yourself and they have all the Breakfast standards.
